Opportunity denied can gnaw away at one's self-confidence to express  ideas or speak up for oneself. "Celebrate The Change In You" is meant to remind us all that we have the strength within to over come challenges and change or break a pattern of failure. Often we approach change in our lives with a degree of trepidation. We naturally fear the uncertainty it brings.
